Unlike typical insurance plans, Direct Reimbursement Administrative Services, Ltd., can design any benefit combination, depending on your goals. In addition, we encourage annual evaluations and are prepared to modify plans to keep current with your changing circumstances. We recognize the importance of flexibility.

Below are several common examples of plans --- any unlimited number of options are available. Our plans are customized to match your needs.

Example A
100% of the first $100.00
50% of the balance
Annual maximum benefit paid $750.00

Example B
100% of the first $100.00
80% of the next $100.00
50% of the balance
Annual maximum benefit paid $1,000.00

Example C
100% of the first $150.00
70% of the next $100.00
50% of the balance
Annual maximum benefit paid $1,500.00

Example D
50% of the first $1,000.00
Annual maximum benefit paid $500.00

Example E
100% of the first $100.00
80% of the next $500.00
50% of the next $1000.00
Annual maximum benefit paid $1000.00

Example F
100% of the first $100.00
0% of the next $50.00 ($50 deductible)
70% of the next $250.00
Annual maximum benefit paid 50% up to any maximum you specify.

Example G
Any combination of % coverage per tier, as well as dollar amount per tier. Dollar maximum can be arranged giving an unlimited number of options. Deductibles maybe up front or after a specified amount or no deductible at all.
